The Challenge

We observed from a user research the following frustrations: Difficulty with washing and drying of heavy items, Laundry takes too long to be done, Dealing with high service costs.

The Solution

A special heavy-item feature was added to the app to cater for duvets and similar items, a priority feature to get laundry done in less time was made available, We also designed a laundry calculator on the website to help new users calculate estimates for their potential demands.
